CHRISTINE Y. MALATI, PHARMD

PHARMACEUTICAL ADVISOR

Hi! I'm a pharmacist, focusing my area of practice in HIV in the global health setting. I support countries as they transition to optimal antiretroviral treatment for HIV infection, a task that requires careful coordination with a myriad of stakeholders.  I also currently manage a multi-million dollar quality control program for health commodities used in government funded programs.  I have a passion for health economics, HIV, HCV, traveling, photography, writing and mentoring. Thanks for stopping by!

WHAT IS TDAAP ALL ABOUT?

Hear It From Me

I believe that pharmacists have a unique role in solving problems in the global health arena. This blog aims to inspire you, my fellow pharmacists, to bring your whole self to the table - your knowledge of pharmaceuticals, your ability to foster trust, and your creativity to impact millions of lives with improved access to pharmaceuticals. Blog posts will initially be divided into three categories:

1. Public Health Pharmacy  - Global and Domestic Experiences, Career Advice

2. PIL - Pharmacists and Women In Leadership

3. What's on Tap (TDaaP)? - Fun posts focused on traveling

The views and opinions of authors expressed herein are my own and do not necessarily state or reflect those of the U.S. Government .
